Horsemanship Day camp runs for 6 weeks in the summer from 9-3, monday thru friday. Friday is open for the children to show off their new skills to their parents at a horse show. Campers have a full day of horses including two riding lessons and learning all aspect of horse care and handling. Safety is the main focus but there is no shortage of fun. We offer a wide array of school horses and have many very safe beginner horses, perfect for youngsters, first timers or even the most timid riders. We also have many well educated hunter/jumpers and dressage horses. Camp is open for beginners eager to learn, or advanced riders who want to sharpen their skills. Campers can even bring their own horse for the week.
